Fitness Classes

Exercising and keeping fit has always been an important part of my life.  I am so pleased that University Village offers its residents a wonderful assortment of fitness programs to fill everyone’s needs.  I attend as many classes as time permits.  I particularly enjoy Gentle Yoga, Water Aerobics, Tai Chi and FiftyPlus Fitness.  The object is to have fun while attaining your goals and our instructors make sure we do.

The benefits are enormous.  Since coming to University Village, I have found that my balance, flexibility and feeling of well-being have greatly improved.  I find that consciously doing the yoga breathing keeps my blood pressure at a normal rate. 

It is wonderful to be able to look forward to each new day, enjoy the delicious meals and continue an exercise program that I love.  That is priceless!
