Dr. Doug's Total Health "Senior Circuit" Memory, Mobility & Strength Support System is a very safe and effective exercise program designed to enhance the quality of life for seniors through greater strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility and memory (cognitive) function.
This system is a unique combination of alternating chair-based stretching and patented bungee resistance exercises designed to provide exercise benefits related to osteoporosis, arthritis, cardiovascular health, depression, sleep and cognitive (memory-related) disorders.
The program is performed in a group circuit training format consisting of 11 different stretching and 9 bungee resistance exercises that work all the major muscle groups. These include the back, stomach, shoulders, arms, legs and chest. The participants perform 12 repetitions of each exercise.
The 60-minute program will be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in Catalina Hall from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.

Dr. Doug's Total Health "Senior CardioCore Workout" is designed to improve cardiovascular health and increase core (abdominal) strength. The aerobic and abdominal workout will involve a combination of chair-based exercises both in the seated and standing positions in a low-impact setting to avoid excess compression on the hips, knees and spine.
The 30-minute program will be offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in Catalina Hall from 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm.
