Set amidst rolling hills, the single-story 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom villas include an attached garage and full kitchen with all appliances included. An emergency call system is standard in every home. Overlooking the hills and golf greens, the Garden Terrace homes are condominium-style residences with detached covered parking. The large covered balconies offer majestic views of the entire campus. Surrounding the central courtyard are the 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartment homes. With views of the surrounding hills and of the lushly landscaped central courtyard, these residences are close to all the amenities in the Clubhouse, including the dining room.
