State Approval to Accept Priority Reservations
University Village received approval from the State of California Department of Social Services to accept fully-refundable $1000 Priority Reservation deposits.
These deposits allow a future resident to obtain a priority position, based upon sign-up date, for reserving future residences at University Village.
