Riparian Area Work has Begun
Work has officially begun on the site of University Village Thousand Oaks!
We have started to remove all the non-native species of trees from the riparian areas on the 65-acre site, as required by the City of Thousand Oaks. This work will take several weeks, and, once completed, the University Village site will be ready for grading.
