Dr. Roger Landry Is Coming to University Village
On April 8th and 9th, residents and future residents of University Village will have the opportunity to engage Dr. Roger Landry as he presents, "When Friends Work Miracles: The Social Side of Successful Aging."
Dr. Landry is a preventive medicine physician specializing in healthy aging. Trained at Tufts University School of Medicine and Harvard School of Public Health, he has earned both Medical and Master's degrees in Public Health and is board-certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. He served as Director of Performance and Preventive Health Services for Wyoming Valley Health Care System in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, until 2000, and currently is Vice Chairman for the Wilkes-Barre Board of Health, a regular guest lecturer at the University of South Florida Medical School, and chairs the Residency Advisory Committee of the United States Air Force Residency in Aerospace Medicine program.
