Marketing Office Finds a New Home!
With University Village nearly sold out, the Marketing Office has moved to new offices on the 65-acre campus. "We are extremely excited about our new location as it allows us to better serve our clients and to enjoy the benefits of being just a few steps away from our current residents," says Warren Spieker, Vice President.
The new location includes a model residence in the Gardenview building so future residents can visualize a fully furnished apartment home. The new offices also have a topographic model and Move-In design center. The Marketing Office is open 7 days a week.
With only 7 cottage-style Villas left to build, University Village is now able to downscale the marketing and sales operation. The last 7 Villas will be offered to those on the Priority Wait List in the near future.
