Christmas for All Ages
THOUSAND OAKS, CALIF. - University Village Thousand Oaks, the continuing care retirement community in Thousand Oaks, Calif., recently hosted the California Lutheran University choir for a performance of Christmas carols and other holiday favorites. Catching up after the performance are residents Iris Wilkins (left) and Della Vivien with Cal Lutheran singers Hayley Woldseth and David Sievert. Due to its close proximity to Cal Lutheran, University Village frequently sponsors activities that encourage interaction between the community's residents and the college students, with some residents even attending classes at the university.
