This two-story Spanish Colonial building includes spacious studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The professional staff provides personalized services to residents needing assistance with daily living tasks. Services include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication and diet as well as delicious restaurant-style meal service in the dining room. A full activity program and scheduled transportation to community activities enhance the quality of life for all residents.
Skilled Nursing Center
The Skilled Nursing Center is a state-of-the art, Medicare-certified facility adjacent to the University Village campus. A caring, supportive and professional staff, combined with a home-like environment, will provide 24-hour nursing care on a short- or long-term basis. We also offer comprehensive short-term rehabilitation services for patients requiring physical therapy following a serious fracture, joint replacement or stroke.
Alzheimer's/Dementia Care
A secure and separate environment was designed to offer specialized care for those with memory impairments. All direct care staff complete an intensive training program to enhance their professional skills in working with the cognitively impaired. Services are tailored to each individual's unique needs. Therapeutic, recreational, and outdoor garden areas provide a secure and invigorating environment. Specialized programming includes gardening, music, crafts, pets and special theme events.
Respite Care
Placing a loved one for a short 'respite' in the comfort and security of the Health Center can provide a welcome relief for family caregivers.
